I had a quick response to my online request for assistance by JDF, was provided with a quote soon after, and had my job booked in no time at all. On the day of the visit, I got a text message 15 minutes prior to the arranged time of arrival to say the team was on their way (nice touch). Two gents arrived, did their respective bits and were done in about 15 minutes (leaky bathroom sink drain and damaged PVC gutter downpipe). The work areas were left clean and tidy and the problems I had are no longer evident.

If we could give JDF Plumbing & Drainage 6 stars we would . Josh was responsive, priced fairly and no nonsense, polite and communicative which in itself is unusual for a tradie. We appreciated that he turned up on time for both the quoting and the job; he communicated in between via technology. He fixed the problem for a fair price - nothing like the outrageous over servicing and price quoted by another. We will use JDF Plumbing & Drainage again for some work upcoming in our new house next year .

Josh and his team are awesome. The one thing that stuck with me and made us come back to JDF was how professional they are and most importantly they keep their word, if they say they doing your work on a certain day and time they will be there. Its a rare quality that's hard to find in this day and age. Communication is excellent with Josh and their workmanship is top shelf. We will use JDF for all our plumbing and drainage needs.

Josh and the team were a treat to work with! They were easy to communicate with (and used down-to-earth language to meet our needs!), they quoted quickly with a really good price (and stuck to the price - there were no surprise extra costs!) and completed the job exactly within the timeframe they provided plus went above and beyond to clean up and leave the area better than they found it. I highly recommend JDF plumbers, had 3 plumbers come out to look at my blocked Strom water and all gave different solution's and none of them fixed the problem, one quote I received was for $13,000, Josh came out had a look, found the problem and got it sorted straight away, no bull shit or trying to rip people off.

Great company to deal with. Harrison was punctual and keen to get the job done. Cleaned out the stormwater straight away which had been blocking up. Large tree root build up. He left the place clean when completed and no damage. Very polite to deal when on the phone when booking the job. Will use in the future when required.
